Bob Harrell | Chairman
With more than 30 years of experience in the process industry
– primarily in operational auditing and profit planning and performance analysis
– Bob is eminently qualified to address the challenges of contract work management.
Prior to founding Management Controls Inc., he served as CFO/COO of a large contract
services company; was a Director of Internal Audit for ARCO; and fulfilled the same
role at Hydril. As Management Controls’ Chief Development Officer, Bob makes
sure Track continues to fulfill customer needs. Bob received his MBA from the
UCLA Executive MBA Program and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas
at Austin. Bob proudly served our country as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer;
he commanded an A-Team in Viet Nam.
George Broady | Principle Investor
George Broady is a principal investor in Management Controls
Inc. and an investor in – and director of – several privately held companies
in the fields of telecommunications and enterprise software. Over a 30-year period,
he founded Network Security, Interactive Technologies Inc. and Ultrak Inc and brought
them public on the NASDAQ. He was Chairman of all three organizations and CEO of
both Network Security and Ultrak. All three companies were involved in electronic
security and access control. Before founding Network Security in 1972, George was
an investment analyst with a private investment firm and First National Bank in
Dallas. He served twice in the U.S Army and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from
Iowa State University.

Mark White
Former Texas Governor Mark White has served the state of
Texas in various posts, beginning with a stint as Assistant Attorney General and
culminating as its 29th Governor. He is currently a member of the board of directors
of Geovox Security, Inc., and has served as its Chairman since 1998. He holds a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and a JD from
Baylor University Law School.
William J. Miller
Bill is a retired lead executive of Accenture’ s North American Energy and
Natural Resources Practice. During his 29-year career, he led Accenture’s
co-development of SAP’s Industry Solution for Oil & Gas and served on
the alliance committee with AspenTech. He earned a Bachelors degree in Geology from
Rutgers College and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
