Track Software is a dynamic and forward-looking company that develops and supports market-leading contractor spend management software for its worldwide customers. We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Implementation Consultant

Position is responsible for the management and delivery of all client-site implementation activities.  This includes integration design, project planning and scheduling, work process redesign, change management, configuration, report design, issue resolution, conversion planning, documentation and startup support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • IT consulting and system integration design (SAP, Maximo, Primavera, Access Control, other).
  • Development of implementation task plans, execution schedules and resources.
  • Management of site logistics to ensure a productive environment for the implementation team.
  • Effective communications with all stakeholders, including C-level individuals.
  • Direct the system integration and development efforts both internally and with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with client business departments to optimize contractor work processes.
  • Assist clients with the identification and organization of master data as required for Track.
  • Consult with client IT personnel regarding infrastructure requirements.
  • Coordinate development activities with Management Control’s technical resources.
  • Lead the configuration of Track Software to meet client requirements.
  • Execute and manage the implementation task plan.
  • Provide system support and problem resolution during GO-LIVE startup. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field.
  • 5+ years of IT consulting or experience supporting business applications.
  • Ability to develop detailed work plans and work independently.
  • Ability to motivate, educate and lead others.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.
  • PMI PMP certification a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL-Server, .NET Framework, SAP and Crystal Reports a plus
  • Able to travel up to 75%

Implementation Project Assistant

Position is responsible for software implementation deliverables and coordination of client-site implementation activities.  This includes software configuration, master data entry, pay formula creation and testing, acceptance testing, report writing, status reporting and documentation.  This position will occasionally provide on-site startup support at client locations.  
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Track Implementation Consultant in all aspects of the implementation project.
  • Maintain implementation task plans, execution schedules and resource assignments
  • Coordinate site logistics to ensure a productive environment for the implementation team.
  • Coordinate communications with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Assist with the identification, organization and entry of Track related master data.
  • Develop, test and maintain Track Pay Formulas.
  • Coordinate development activities with Management Control’s technical resources.
  • Assist with integration and acceptance testing to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Assist with execution and management of the implementation task plan.
  • Provide system support and problem resolution during GO-LIVE startup.
  • Periodically assist the Development team with QA/QC testing of new software releases. 

Qualifications:

  • 2 year Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a technically oriented role.
  • Experience working with commercial software applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented. 
  • Able to travel 20-30%. 

Sales Executive

Track Software is growing and needs several new sales gurus to join our team. This is a great opportunity to play a major role in the growth of an already-successful software company.

Our core business is delivering the Track Software platform to contractors and manufacturers in the process industries. The Track Software platform transforms the working relationship between process industry owners and contractors by giving all parties more visibility into work processes, tighter project controls, and improved financial outcomes. Track has become the process industry standard and is in use at nearly 70% of the U.S. refining market, as well as in chemical plants, utilities and construction companies.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience selling to FORTUNE 500 companies 
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to oil & gas, utilities, and construction verticals 
  • History of exceeding assigned sales objectives and quarterly revenue quotas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly quota requirements 
  • Expertly articulate the value proposition of company products and services 
  • Research, develop, and present well-structured sales proposals (formal / informal) to prospective clients 
  • Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution 
  • Profile accounts for multiple products and multiple decision-makers 
  • Develop, maintain and manage client relationships from the operational to executive levels throughout the organization 
  • Partner with the sales support teams to facilitate seamless and client driven solutions 
  • Be comfortable and effective in using a CRM to document sales activity 
  • Negotiate contracts and evaluate details of formal presentations 
  • Travel as required to support client activity

Additional Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from accredited University or College 
  • 4-6 years of proven technology sales success 
  • Optional requirements would be Oil and Gas experience and/or contractor management solutions experience
