Bob Harrell | Founder and President
With more than 30 years of experience in the process industry – primarily in operational auditing, profit planning and performance analysis – Bob is a leading authority on the challenges of contract work management. Prior to founding Track Software-Management Controls, Inc., he served as CFO/COO of a large contract services company, was a Director of Internal Audit for ARCO, and, fulfilled the same role at Hydril.
Bob received his MBA from the UCLA Executive MBA Program and his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Bob proudly served our country as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer, commanding an A-Team during the Vietnam War.
Ken Naughton | COO and Senior Vice President, Consulting Services
Ken has responsibilities for all day-to-day operations at Track Software, in addition to managing Track Consulting Services. Ken joined Track Software from Accenture, where he was a client executive in Accenture’s Energy and Chemicals practice. During his 15 years at Accenture, Ken worked with the Energy and Chemical super majors to successfully manage numerous accounts, programs and projects ranging from strategy development to implementation and sustainment activities. Ken is experienced in executive level relationship management and development (CFOs, CIOs, Senior VPs, Business Unit Leaders), client account management, account strategy development and execution, business development, P&L ownership, project management and people development. Ken has an extensive network in the Energy and Chemicals industries and has brought his knowledge and experience to bear in helping Track Software become the industry leader in contractor cost management.
George Coyer | Vice President, Product Management
George joined Management Controls, Inc. from Union Carbide, where he was the MIS Director for that company's Solvents and Coatings Division. A 27-year veteran of chemical industry IT, George is experienced in project management, software implementation, work process redesign and SAP integration. George's background includes systems development, operations, customer service and database administration. He is a 1998 winner of Union Carbide's "Chairman's Award," based on work related to the Supply Chain implementation of SAP/R3.
Asim Salim | Director, Software Development
Asim provides leadership to Management Controls, Inc.'s software development and software quality assurance efforts. Early in his tenure (2001) Asim provided technical leadership in the complete rewrite of Track's earlier Microsoft Windows client-server products to the Microsoft.Net Framework. Prior to joining Management Controls, Asim worked as a software engineer for Convergys, a customer relationship and HR solutions provider. At Management Controls, Inc., Asim works with customers to assimilate new Track functionality as he and his team integrate client requests into upcoming versions of Track Software. Asim, a native of Pakistan, is a graduate of the University of Houston. He provided technical and functionality leadership to the development group as they prepared Track v6.0, the multi-language, multi-currency Enterprise version of Track for commercial availability.
Sean O'Connell | Director, Marketing
Sean is responsible for all lead generation and marketing programs for Track Software, in addition to ownership of the company's website, brand management, marcom and public relations. Sean brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to the company. Prior to joining Track, Sean ran the marketing operations for Williams Kherkher, one of the largest, most successful litigation firms in the country. Throughout his career, he has led the marketing departments for several technology companies, including Datacert, a global provider of enterprise legal management solutions. Sean holds a bachelor's degree from Rice University.
