Management Controls Inc. is a dynamic and forward-looking company that develops and supports market-leading contract cost management software for its worldwide customers. We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Sales Executive

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly quota requirements
  • Research, develop, and present well-structured sales proposals (formal / informal) to prospective clients
  • Partner with the sales support teams to facilitate seamless and client driven solutions
  • Expertly articulate the value proposition of company products and services
  • Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution
  • Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Profile accounts for multiple products and multiple decision-makers.
  • Develop, maintain and manage client relationships from the operational to executive levels throughout the organization
  • Apply effective time management techniques and strategies to prioritize activities related directly to selling and minimize non-productive sales activities
  • Be comfortable and effective in using a CRM to document sales activity
  • Negotiate contracts and evaluate details of formal presentations
  • Travel as required to support client activity.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from accredited University or College, preferably a technical degree.
  • 4-6 years of proven technology sales success. Quotas consistently met and exceeded.
  • Optional requirements would be Oil and Gas experience and/or contractor management solutions experience
